Condition
Leather binding shows heavy wear and soiling throughout; spine darkened and chipped at head. Text block nearly loose at the front hinge, fully separated at the rear hinge. Final signature detached and laid in; present and complete, with some edge chipping. Internally toned, but clean and legible throughout, with scattered pencil annotations consistent with period legal use. No ownership marking noted, though there is evidence of a label removed from the head of spine. Poor/Fair.
